To write about me in short: I am an Engineer-MBA-ex corporate working slave turned to full time Baking/Pastry as a profession. But it's not just baking or Pastries that I love, I love everything about being in Kitchen and creating magic that is called Food! I also believe in growing my own food and re-purposing the waste items of fruits and vegetables as much as possible. I love Sourdough & everything it has to offer, and lately I have taken to the concept of Fermentation!!
